World of Game provides a live chat battle platform for football fans during World Cup 2026 matches. Users can join chat rooms, send messages, react to rival fans, and support their national team.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be 13 years or older to use the service
• Only one account per person is permitted

4. Loyalty Pass

• The Loyalty Pass is a one-time payment of $2.99 USD
• The pass grants access to chat battle rooms for the duration of World Cup 2026
• The pass is non-transferable and linked to your account
• There are no subscription or recurring charges

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use World of Game to:

• Send spam, threats, or harassing messages to other users
• Impersonate other users or public figures
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the service
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

6. Chat Content

You are solely responsible for all messages you send in chat battle rooms. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice. We may ban or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate our community standards.

7. Intellectual Property

World of Game and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by World of Game and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

World of Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms at any time, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
